This morning at UT Bootcamp we performed an EXTREMELY challenging cardio routine. The routine is extremely simple and dry. 3 rounds for time: 100 Burpees, 100 pushups, and 100 Butterfly Situps (or regular situps). This routine took me 1 hour percisely. I CHALLENGE YOU! to perform this routine and see how long it takes you. The caloric burn for this exercise is through the roof.
