Hey Everyone! What’s going on!? Its a nice Thursday here at my home. I have had a pretty swell time in my first week since going on winter break. I’m actually on my way out the door soon to go Christmas shopping. How’s everyones workouts going? Let me know, keep me posted. I hit some shoulders today. My workout went as such
5/3/1 week 2 Military Press
70% 110 3 reps
80% 120 3 reps
90% 125 3 reps
Then I did a “Tour of the Rack” where I started at 75 pound dumbbell (max at my gym) and repped till failure for every weight on the rack until the 30 LB db’s. OUCH!
I then did a million variations of DB flyes. Front flyes, lateral flyes, reverse flyes.
I then finished with Cory Gregory’s German Volume Training with a twist shoulder work where you perform 10 sets of 10 reps with only 10 seconds break in between. WOW what a pump and burn. Definitely give this a try sometime! Awesome lift, great burn overall.
