Hey everyone! I hope the weekend is treating you well and that fitness is still on your mind. I’m sitting here at work so I figured I’d fill you in on some daily updates.
So this morning I did the MusclepharmPres 1,000 rep bodyweight workout like I do most Saturdays. If you haven’t tried this workout already you definitely have to give it a try at some point. All bodyweight lifts revolving around chin ups, pull ups, dips, push ups and squats, this workout will really get your blood pumping. In todays gyms, so many people at focused on lifting as heavy as possible that they forget about the importance of bodyweight movements. This workout is truly humbling to say the least.
