Whatsup Everyone!? I hope everyone’s Saturday is going awesome! Remember to keep the diet and workout on track though, weekends included!!
This morning I woke up and had a solid pre-workout breakfast. I mixed 35grams worth of carbs with 1 scoop 100% Whey Protein from Optimum Nutrition. Little Cinnamon, little pumpkin pie spice and BOOM, breakfast.
2 Hours later, this kid was getting HYphy!!! My brother agreed to come to the gym with me for the first time in forever! I was so excited. We went in to knock out the MusclePharm 1,000 rep challenge
Solid lift, even better with my brother there. I hope that this trend continues (fingers crossed) He’s got a ton of potential, if he devoted himself to this lifestyle, He’d see huge gains.
