In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score.

Pretty sick workout for sure, you get out of it what you put into it. Try and keep count for all exercises and beat your number of reps every round. First round I pulled off 161 reps. Second Round I pulled 165 reps and the third round I ripped out 175. Thought I was going to puke after round three lol. Give it a try for a good shredfest!
Just had my protein waffles and am hydrating adequatly now. Deadlifts and squats in about 1 hour. Let’s go! #Beastmode!
