Hey everyone! So this morning I perfomred my usual UT session at 5 AM. Had a really solid 45 minute cardio blast that consisted of 45 pound plate pushes, burpees, kettlebell trusters, and battle ropes. About 3 hours after that, I hit shoulders. For my workout, I hit a combo of the @Musclepharmpres shoulder workout of the day and Matt Acton’s Shoulder Mass workout. It was a pretty nasty workout.
It went like such:
Military Press 5 reps Superset
Arnold press 15 reps for 3 sets
One Arm Lateral DB Raise 5 reps superset
Full lateral DB Raise 15 reps 3 sets
Front DB Raise 5 Reps superset
Full Frontal Raise 15 reps 3 sets
Rear Delt Flys 5 reps Superset
Facepulls 15 reps 3 sets
Heavy Upright nows 8-12 superset
Bus driver raises 8-12 reps 3 sets
