Hey everyone! Whats going on! Just finished some dinner and time to finally kick back and relax for the night. I smashed Back and Biceps this morning then hit the gym again tonight around 3:45 to hit the @MusclePharmpres Turkey Day Fat Burning workout of the day. Good stuff, real good stuff. The workout went like such: 5 minute walk with the treadmill set at a 10%-12% incline with a speed of 3.5-4 followed by a 5 minute run at a speed of 6.5-8 and 0 incline. Repeat this for atleast 30 minutes. I did 45 minutes burning around 600 calories! Definitely kept me focused with the toogle of the settings. Give the workout a try and see if you like it!
