Goodmorning everyone. Happy Sunday! Whats going on. Little scenario here lol. So on most Sundays I take off from the gym, kick back and relax, and cheat on my diet. Well since Thursday of this week I’ve basically been doing just that, kicking back and cheating lol. Still training, but the diets been awol. To combat the Sunday syndrome, I woke up at 4:30 AM this morning and smashed legs before work. Awesome session, repped 285 this morning which was nasty. Now I mentally feel like I don’t want to give in to the Turkey day leftovers remaining in my fridge. I have 2 clean meals packed here while at work and things are looking good.
