3 post in like 4 hours lol. I’m here at work going stir crazy so I figure I’ll keep shouting out! So just a quick update on some upcoming plans I have. So for the past 2 1/2 months or so I’ve been performing alot of distance cardio for preparation of Spartan Race, Rebel Race, Rugged Maniac, and yesterdays Turkey Trot. Well now the cold weather is upon my region so unfortunately the races mostly vanish till about April. With the cold months, tradition holds that you bulk. I’m not like tradition, so I’m not trying to bulk, I’d rather live shredded. So with that being said and the race season being over, I’m going to start performing all high intensity cardio daily or 4-5 times a week to see how my body and overall conditioning is effected. I will be very curious as to how this goes. I’ll do my best to post my workouts and body shots to keep you guys filled it.
Any high intensity workouts you guys know of let me know and I’ll try to knock them out!
