  1. Mine is pretty simple. Just crank the treadmill up to anywhere between 12-15 depending on how I’m feeling a do 15 minutes of 30 seconds on and 30 seconds off. Brutal, but I love it!

      • Jumping completely off to the sides. There isn’t really time to slow it down and speed it back up, and you’ll need the rest anyway. šŸ™‚ At first it doesn’t seem so bad. Midway through you want to die, but in a good way! LOL If you don’t feel that way midway through, crank up the speed! Make sure you do a good 3-5 minutes of warm up and cool down on top of the 15 minutes.
