Goodmorning Everyone! So I just got back from Ultimate Training and we conducted a nasty workout. Allow me to explain
Place 20 minutes on the clock and do as many rounds as possible
Burpee sucides. With this there is 5 cones, after every cone, you do as many burpees as the number of cone (cone 1, 1 burpee. cone 2, 2 burpees etc)
15 yard tire pull
20 BW squats
I finished 7 rounds in the 20 minutes and felt like I was going to throw up for about 15 of those minutes! lol. Goodluck everyone, give it a try and let me know what you think!!
