Hello everyone. Whatsup, whats new, whats going on??
As I sit here at 5AM with my bowl of oatmeal and ice water infront of me, I can’t help but think about my shoulder workout coming up in about an hour.
With my gym now making the swithc over to bumper plates, now the stress of dropping the barbell on the floor is eliminated. We have all been working on our cleans and jerks now. I have been able to get up to 135 but I need to keep excelerating. It is definitely a fun exercise to do.
In more news, I have hit some more goals. I finally squatted 315 and box squated 315. I did it on the same day lol. I’m so pumped. Now out of my major lifts benching in the only lift left on the 300 trail. Hopefully I can smash that pretty soon.
I signed up for a Turkey Trot which I’m excited about. The last time I did a Turkey Trot I was in the 3rd or 4th grade lol. I signed up for a nice 5K in the neighboring town and the winner gets a cash prize…I MUST WIN!! Any of you guys doing a Turkey Trot or have an event coming up??
