So recently I ran the Gaspari Nutrition product line (HUGE THANKS) so I’ll fill you guys in!
Anavite: Multivitamin. This supp you take 3 pills in the am with breakfast and 3 pills in the pm with dinner. Good size pills, not to big or tough to swallow. I really like these. I had never been a big multivitamin believer, I would just buy the store brand multi. This was the first time i went with a supplement companies multi. Honestly, Gaspari made me a believer. I train alot, with training and sweat you lose alot of the vitamins and minerals your body needs and relies on. Anavite had the studied doses my body needs to stay sharp. I especially love the beta alanine in the pills that rush through my veins right after ingestion! Haha. I really like this product and has become a staple in my stack.
Vasotrophin: pump product. This product was ok. You take 3 to 6 with a carb filled pre workout meal. I took 3 normally but tired up to 6. I did receive a nice pump, but really no difference then i normally would. Maybe it was just my bodies reaction to it. I consider this more of a vanity product.
SuperPump MAX: preworkout. I realllyyyyy liked superpump max. I had the grape flavor. I normally took 2 scoops about 10 minutes before my workout. This preworkout did not give me a crazy dose of energy but it did provide a solid sustained flow and great focus. Not to powerful of a taste either. Had to drink it with a ton of water though. I will definitely cycle back to it again some time.
SizeON: intra workout bcaa/creatine/carbs. This product is an intra workout supplement. I had orange flavor. I really liked this product. Tasted great, enjoyable to drink during my workout. Supplies you with around 32 grams of carbs mostly from sugars which fuel your body during your workout to extend endurance and aid pumps. I honestly put on about 10 pounds while on this stack and I feel this drink certainly helped. I feel this way one for the added endurance, but also because this product supplies alot of creatine monohydrate. Now I have always had a problem with bloating and mono so I feel that some of that weight was water weight. Regardless, definitely a must try supplement.
Myofusion probiotic: protein. I took this protein post workout. 1 scoop, cinna roll. AMAZING flavor. Pretty nice profile. 8 sources of protein such as brown rice protein and egg protein. Added digestive enzymes which are nice. Solid protein supplement.
Aminolast: BCAA. I put one scoop of this in my gallon of water a day and it was awesome. Watermelon tasted great, helped me put down my gallon with no problem. Loaded with amino acids and electrolytes my recovery time was awesome! Definitely a great bcaa product
