So I’m one day out from the Rebel Race. I’m so excited/nervous its unreal. My heat is at 9:30am and I’m hoping all goes well. I’ve been hitting the cardio so hard I hope all of it pays off.
I got to run to the grocery store soon to prepare for the race. As you all may or may not know, proper preparation prevents piss poor performance. I need to get a few things. Two things for sure, powerade zero and pedialyte. These two bervages serve as major hydration devices. Hydration is key in an endurance race like tomorrow’s. I will sip on a mix of the two drinks on the ride to the race. The other thing I have to get is some bananas. We are out here at the house and I need them for my pre race meal. Also the potassium in bananas are crucial in hydration and overall health.
Gonna be a big day tomorrow guys. I’ll keep you posted in how everything goes.
