Hey Everyone!! Whatsup!?!?! Sorry I have been away for so long, I’m getting so busy with school. BUT no excuses so let’s go!
I’m doing pretty well, I’m TWO DAYS out from my next military race, the Rebel Race. I’m so pumped! Can’t wait to get out on the course and hopefully start destroying it. Looking to crush my last race’s time.
My gym just started doing crossfit so I have been cranking out some xfit workouts such as “Fran” and “Kelly” I will go into those in greater detail in a later post.
My diet has been solid. Eating a good amount with the added cardio.
Will post a supplement review of the Gaspari Stack and Muscletech 100% wehy protein isolate protein powder very soon.
