Just got home from school. Bout to pound some grub and then hit the road for a run! Gotta keep grinding Rebel Race is Nov. 10th! Hey I know we are all dieting hard so check out these awesome protein recipes!
Fit French Toast
Ingredients: 1 egg, 1 scoop whey protein, 2 tbsp low fat milk, pinch of salt, 2 whole wheat bread, 1/2 banana sliced, 1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup.
Crack egg, whisk with protein, milk, and salt until combined.
Soak bread in mix.
Cook bread in skillet on med to low heat for about 3 minutes a side
Transfer to plate and top with banana and drizzle syrup!

Apple Cinnamon Kamut
Ingredients : pinch salt, pinch (aka ton) of cinnamon, 1/2 cup rolled kamut flakes, 1/3 cup apple, 2 tbsp raisins 1 tbsp sf maple syrup 1 tbsp walnuts crushed.
Combined salt/cinna/1 cup water, bring to boil over heat
Stir in kamut,apple,raisins,1/2tbsp syrup, and 1 tbsp walnuts
Cook until flakes are tender (3 mins)
Drizzle remaining syrup and walnuts!

Banana oatmeal shake
1tbsp oats, 1 tbsp flaxseeds, 1 scoop whey, 2 cups almond milk, 1 frozen banana diced, 2 tbsp peanut butter.
Grind oats and flax together then blend the rest until desired texture.
