Soryy for the last posts, I’ve been crazy busy lately with school and work. Just checking in! How’s everyone doing??
Workouts are going well, eating has been good, training for the Rebel Race is going well also. Like I said, school has got me crazy busy. Gotta stay postive though most importantly and rise above it all!
So yesterday I got back from my leg workout, squatted 290! zoning in on 300! HEADING TO THE TOP! Came back and made this AWESOME protein waffle plate. 3 waffles with a side of broccoli and powerade zero grape. Definitely aided in my recovery 🙂 Let me know if you’d like and recipe help on the waffles!
After my meal I went to the grocery store to get stocked up for the week. As you guys may or may not know, I love Sobe’s flavored waters lol. Well I never knew they had Fuji green apple! Obviously I had to purchase this, really great taste btw.
One more clip, here is an updated body photo. Up to 180 LB now 😮 ! Feeling good though. Gotta keep pushing my way to 300. 300 bench, squat, deadlift, and box squat. Heading to the top!
