Whatsup guys!? Here at work just checking in. Had a nice leg smash today. Give this workout a try!
Squats started at 170 and added 10 pounds every set till 255 for sets of 5.
Box squats 4×6 up to 255 lb.
Single leg leg ext 3×10
I also did 8 pull ups inbetween everyset. Upper bodys version of a squat!
