  1. Kill it! Just got done with chest today. Did almost all heavy pause rests today. Incline smith machine 2 reps, 5 segments with 15 second breaks, 2 sets, power rack bench 3 reps, 20 second breaks, 5 segments, 3 sets, decline bench 4 reps, 5 segments, 25 second breaks, 4 sets, close grip bench 3 x 5. Love it, but now I hate that I’m done for the day! šŸ™‚
