Long day today, definitely a good one though. After my UT session, I hit up some back and bicep training! Try out the workout sometime!
Barbell row triset
Hammer strength triset
Close grip seated row
Barbell rows negatives 3×10
Pull ups 3×10
Cable straight bar curls negatives 3×10
High rep low weight curls 15
Straight arm lat pull downs
Then after that I had another fitness bootcamp that I got invited too. That workout went as such:
2 minutes jump rope/box jumps (warm up)
3 rounds 1 minute on 10 seconds rest
Box step ups
4 count pushups
plyo db rows
You tally your numbers for each exercise and try to beat the number each round. My numbers went as such 163, 165, 203!! Sweatfest 2012 needless to say. Gotta keep hustling though!! Give this workout a try!
