Also take a look at this Protein brownie I made last night, sooooo good! 1 tbsp all natural peanut butter, 1/2 cup egg whites, cinnamon, ginger, and 1 scoop MuscleTech Whey protein isolate protein powder. Microwave it for 2 minutes, let it cool for a bit, then 1 scoop cool whip for a little added flavor. BAM! Bombdiggity!
