Goodmorning everyone! Hope everyones having a great morning. Im sitting here at work just relaxing. Work from 7 till 1 then CRUSHING! An upper body workout to end my week’s worth of workouts. Will definitely try to get some media up on that and also post that workout. Odd morning today, last night at about 5 I had a cupcake with dinner and it freaked me out. Hadn’t had a cheay meal in a while so I went nuts thinking I would blow up like a balloon. To combat it, this morning just had a protein shake for breakfast at 7, just had some broccoli and lettuce for mid morning snack at 915 and now at 11 i will have my preworkout meal of 4 oz turkey, 1 banana, and 1 wheat wrap with 4 Gaspari Nutrition Vasotropin and Gaspari Anavite multivitamin. Big things today guys big things!! Beast mode all day!
