Whatsup everyone! Just chillen here at work so I figured I would post my UT workout from this morning.
Workout title: “throwin hundos”
100 bw squats
100 trx pull ups
100 overhead tire presses
3 round sprint medley
Awesome cardio hiit workout. Give it a try and see what you think can be done basically anywhere. The whole workout took me 45 minutes. Get after it and smash my time!
