Whatsup everyone! Sorry for the delay crazy weekend! So this Saturday I ran in the Rugged Maniac! Nasty obstacle course race! Check out the media!
These are just some photos from the event, so many people there! My heat was at 9:15 AM, I got up at 5 amd chowed down on the meal above! 2 Cups Oats, 1 Banana, 4 Whole eggs, 1 scoop Gaspari Nutrition Myofusion protein, and tons of cinnamon. It may not look that appetizing, but it was BOMB! So good lol. In my heat I actually ended up coming in 2nd which was awesome. Next race is the Rebel Race November 5th. Gotta keep hustling for that to stay ready!
