Whatsup everyone!? How’s your day going. Mines going well, just relaxing. RAN UT this morning as the teacher because the instructor is on vaca. Here’s how thew workout went:
2 Rounds of each
30 Burpees superset 30 mountain climbers
30 Ball slams superset 25 ft bear crawl
25 ft plate push superset 50 jump rope
30 box jumps superset 30 TRX Back rows
jog half the building reverse lung the other half.

Had work 7-11, then took my back and bicep workout head on!
Bent Over Barbell Rows superset straight bar curls
Wide grip lat pulldowns superset cable rope pulls
Close grip pull downs
Had a few meals and now I got a nice little distance cardio session about to go down. Got to start training I’m participating in the Rugged Maniac in 2 weeks! 3.5 mile obstacle run just like the spartan. I’m amped but gotta prepare!
