Whatsup everyone! Crazy day today! So last night after dinner I was craving a little ice cream……sooo i had a little hahaha. Anyways right after I had it ofcourse I was super paranoid and felt awful. Now this morning I woke up, drank water, and trained fasted. Crazy workout! I pushed some serious heavy weight on the bench and legit blew up! lol. dont know how to explain
