  1. Usually you don’t want to train fasted if muscle building is your goal. It’s more of a cardio / fat burning process but even then many argue against it. Problem is while you’ll burn fat you’ll also canabilize your muscle. Kind of depends on your goals, but if muscle is important to you then I’d stay away from it. If you are really looking to lean out it’s not crazy BUT I’d leave it to cardio only, never lift fasted IMO.
