Whatsup everyone! Just completed my back workout! So amped. Completed the spartan 1500 this morning in exactly 1 hour, so pumped. Then I destroyed my back lol. Heres the workout:
Reverse grip barbell rows 3×10 superset single arm db rows x8
3 sets of pull ups x10
Hammer strength row 4×10 superset db curls/dips
Low rope rows 3×10 superset butterfly curls/single arm tric pulldown
Prowler pull superset farmers walk x3
Pp weight 210. Fw weight 135
I’m prepping some meals as we speak and also trying to do some homework lol. Got to mow the lawn after this then some steady state cardio before work at 4. Busy day, gotta love it! Take No Days Off!!
