So I’m sitting here at 4:40 AM sipping on some water……. WHY you may ask lol. Because I got UT at 5 and I’m mentally prepping to CRUSH it. I believe we are doing the SPartan 1500 today which is 15 exercises all performed 100 times. Exercises such as burpees, lunges, jump squats, box jumps, ball slam, basically a ton of things that kinda suck haha. But hey, I’m getting it done in one hour today, no excuses. After that I’m gonna crush breakfast and then destroy a back workout! Lets go baby lets go! I’ll check in with you guys in a bit but lets make today an awesome day!
