Goodmorning everyone! Hope all is well. I’m sitting here at 6:03 AM prepping for the gym as crazy as that may sound. I must admit, I cheated again 😦 Last night, my grandfather insisted he take me out to a “Country Buffet.” I can’t say no to him, so I went and ate some baked fish and fried chicken, food that I normally would never eat. Let me tell you I feel like crap today, whatever, chalk yesterday up as a loss and lets win today. Were heading to the top right?
So all summer I ate super clean, legit almost too clean my friends made fun of me so much because of all the things I skipped out on. BUT My results were also the best they have ever been with the super clean diet. So now with going back to college, I have let loose a little and my diet has definitely struggled. I feel alot heavier, sluggish, and puffed out. Heres the plan: Go back to my shredd diet from now until next Friday. Next Friday is my 21st birthday weekend, I will admit I am obviously going to check during that lol. BUT after that get back to the diet until October 5th. So that gives me 22 days, little over 3 weeks to try to shredd up a little bit before I go back to a lean mass phase. The goal behind the cause really doesnt make sense, shredding up to GO bulk, but I just love being shredded (who doesnt?) so to bulk while shredded aka staying somewhat shredded is better then bulking while puffed out lol.
One more quick not on the diet, I had all that crap junk buffet food last night, so today to burn it all off, I’m going to try to go as long as I can without eating. ONLY WATER! lol will see how this goes.
