I was a little off with my diet this weekend, with all this eating ive been losing some of my shreddedness i got to get it back so i can live shredded! Im at work now, lets make it a great day!
UT this morning, work 7 to 2, leg workout after that. Gotta do it big
UT 5 rounds, inbetween each rough 1/4 lap of the building with a 25 ft tire flip
20 burppes superset 30 overhead tire presses
25 kettlebell swings superset 25 jump squat
20 ballslams superset 50 jump rope
Solid workout. Now i got a nice meal of 4 oz chicken breast, 4 oz sweet potato, and 1 cup broccoli for a preworkout meal then heavy legs at 2ish. Lets go!
