Whatsup world! Just thought I’d fill you in on some stuff. Just finished going through a summer shreddfest! Cut down from 180 to 163. Was getting awfully thin haha. Now I’m entering a lean mass phase. Increasing cals and lifting heavier weight. Time to put on some weight! Carbs 🙂
